Refund policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with packaging and tags.

Please email support@keyslicense.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos for verification.

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items. Exchanges for change of mind are not offered.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
